Take off with one of a dozen appetizers that include chicken-filled dumplings, then detour to the soups like wonton, brimming with veggies and noodles. Next stop is the wok menu, which features the aptly named eggplant delight, a delicate blend of water chestnuts, cucumber and mushrooms in hoisin sauce. On to shrimp in X.O. sauce, with just the right undercurrent of heat. For another route, try the pungent kimchi stir-fry, if you dare. Lighter fare includes traditional noodle bowls, such as seafood and veggies in a light broth, with or without squid. A treat with any meal is traditional bubble tea, with black pearls of tapioca in the bottom of each cup that impart a vanilla-like sweetness; flavors include peach-infused green tea and coconut-infused black tea with milk.
