Hemingway's sophisticated ambience reeks of premium cigars and fine spirits, but dining is limited to pub fare ranging from ceviches and empanadas to hot wings, tacos and burgers from an outdoor taco bar. The establishment features indoor and outdoor seating areas with bar stools, leather sofas, a separate tequila bar with 200-plus brands, and a humidor room loaded with pricey Cuban cigars. The Big Papa mojito is 30 ounces of tropical paradise made with Havana Club. Over a dozen Cuban rums are available, and a Cuban band performs on Wednesdays and Fridays.
