Brennan's Bar & Grill Description:
Irish castle-theme Brennan's Bar & Grill complements its owners' decades-old Blarney Castle Inn boutique hotel. On a breezy mountainside overlooking downtown Cabo, the harbor and the Sea of Cortez in the distance, this is a good spot for romantics. The native-stone fortress-like restaurant is perched several flights of stairs above the parking lot (the staff has been known to carry guests up to the restaurant). Meat, chicken, pasta and seafood dishes are served here along with Mexican, British and Irish libations. The arrachera steak---aged, marinated in spices, rolled and sliced like sushi---is enhanced by a picante chipotle sauce. Shrimp lovers will go for the coconut shrimp bathed in mango sauce and served in a coconut shell.
