Vincent's food and atmosphere hark back to a retro, nostalgic era of super-thick tomato sauces, or "red gravy," recognizable pasta shapes and straw-wrapped Chianti bottles. This is a family-run, family-friendly suburban restaurant with few aspirations aside from sending every guest home fat and happy. The house specialties include chowder-like corn and crab bisque, house-made cannelloni and thick, dark-red tomato gravy saturated with garlic. Did we mention the standout corn and crab bisque served in a toasted bread bowl? A guitarist adds the note of classical Italian music to the atmosphere Wednesdays and Thursdays.
