Besides the classic bologna sandwich, it offers tangy barbecued pork shoulder and ribs prepared in a glowing fire pit. But customers return again and again for the barbecue Cornish game hen. You get a whole bird, and this smoky, spicy creature is topnotch, all the way down to the bones.
