The interior is awash in artful touches, and the level of kitchen prowess and presentation is definitely a cut above its siblings. The lamb biryani, for instance, comes in a dough-sealed copper pot to be decorously unveiled at the table, where it is revealed to be lush, fragrant and studded with almonds, raisins and tender chunks of meat.
