We’ve even watched light eaters nibbling on salads. But why not enjoy what this restaurant does best? Ribs. Dry-rubbed and smoky, they come in the usual full or half racks. If you’re hungry, order the whole rack, plus the pit potato---a baked potato that cooks with the meat and soaks up the drippings. Even if you overeat, be sure to take home one of their made-on-the-premises pies. Everyone loves this food, so the place is apt to be crowded---you may even hear some Texas drawls.
