Brasserie Georges Description:
Fine and traditional French cuisine. One of the oldest brasseries in Lyon, the restaurant is known for its homemade beer, historic dining hall, and exceptional service. Well-known for the choucroute (sauerkraut). On Saturday nights, except during vacation months, a jazz band plays, and with a packed dining hall of 700+ seats there's a great ambience.
