Les Trois Dômes Description:
It's a shame more guests at the Sofitel don't take advantage of the attractive dining room located on the hotel's eighth floor. The view of Lyon is wonderful from there, but we guess they're in too much of a hurry to taste the fare they've heard so much about down below--which is a shame, because Alain Desvilles' cuisine is among the best in the city. His ingredients couldn't be fresher, his preparation is unerring, and he has a wonderful sense of style. The seemingly infinite wine list features a few selections at friendly prices, and the service is beyond reproach.
