After opening Le Sud (11, place Antonin Poncet), world-renowned chef Paul Bocuse embraced the original moniker of this 1907 bistro and set his sights north. The prices here are practically turn of the century, too, and the offerings all do the "hero of Collonges" (as he's known in the region) proud. And the wine list reflects Bocuse's love of Beaujolais. So what more could a body want? Well, maybe a bit more space between the tables.
