Chef/owner David Giani hails from Florence, Italy, and incorporates traditional recipes into his menu of salads, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas. Seared Ahi tuna on cucumber, roasted bell pepper and potatoes with black olive pesto sauce makes for a pleasant-looking and satisfying starter. Main dishes include almond crusted rainbow trout, Tuscan veal stew with mushroom risotto, and Pici---a rustic handmade pasta sautéed with Italian sausage ragout. The wine list sticks to the restaurant's roots and focuses on Italian selections.
