P.F. Chang's China Bistro Description:
Pretty good, MSG-free and reasonably priced Chinese food in a sophisticated, big-bucks setting---that's the key to the success of this Scottsdale chain. Somehow, customers don't mind waiting---and waiting---for a table, perhaps because there are over 40 wines-by-the-glass to choose from at the bar, and the ultra-high-ceilinged space with its cherry wood floors and stone Asian artifacts makes it seem you're somewhere a lot more expensive. We've had good food and bad at this Beverly Center outpost; the best dishes have included chicken in lettuce wraps, lemon chicken, crispy honey shrimp and dan dan noodles---all fresh from the wok.
