Espresso Profeta Description:
Westwood's Espresso Profeta, which replaced West Burton Coffee and Tea, is a family-run espresso bar devoted to the worship of haute coffee. It's helmed by co-owner Mitch Hale, formerly of Seattle's Espresso Vivace, and Caffe Luxxe in Santa Monica. Vivace beans are the basis of artistic cappuccinos and other unique espresso-based concoctions. Pastries come from Buttercake Bakery and sandwiches are made on Breadbar breads.
