Pre- and post-theater dining goes gourmet with the opening of the Arclight Cinemas' café. Whether you're looking for after-work drinks, a full meal or just a quick post-movie bite, the café offers a modern, LA chic atmosphere in which to unwind. A full bar and lounge area offers a lengthy menu of inventive martinis. The dining menu proffers Californian fare: hot and cold sandwiches with such condiments as arugula and goat cheese, salads, pasta entrées and burgers. For munching, we recommend the tri-colored chips with guacamole as well as the salads, made from fresh, crisp field greens. The Arclight Cinemas also boasts the city's most gourmet concession stands; patrons may find Ghirardelli chocolate bars, sausage baguettes and fresh-made caramel corn.
