I am not writing this because the owner is one of my long time friends. It's because they do serve top-notch Chinese food. It's not a cheap-eat Chinese food joint. It's a high class one. It's a romantic type of restaurant. Peking duck IS THE must order. It's the best in whole Quebec! You have to actually call in to place a special order. The owner told me the preparation they put in to make the duck, and I must say, it take 2 days to make an authentic Peking duck. It's worth the advanced call. I still miss their Peking ducks even though I reside in Vancouver right now. I highly recommend this dish. Shouts to Eric!
