Marine Ices Description:
One of north London's favourite institutions, Marine Ices was producing the best Italian ice cream in London way before that delicious food became so sexy. There are lots of varieties, including cassata, bombes and sundaes as well as single scoops. They do serve solid Italian fare, pizza, pasta and the odd main dish, but it's the ice cream that is famous. You can also stand at the window and get ice creams to take away, particularly popular on warm weekends when the nearby Camden Lock shopping area gets a bit too crowded.
