Kastoori Description:
Run by the Thanki family, from Kathia Wahd in Gujurat via East Africa, there are many interesting, unknown and satisfying dishes to try. These range from simple starters like mogo (fried cassava chips with tamarind sauce) to green banana curry with chillies to kasodi (corn cooked in coconut milk with peanut sauce) and tomato curry. There are also good breads and rice dishes.
