Brady's offers an object lesson in how to cook that great British staple, fish, which we take so much for granted. Too posh to be a normal chipper, but not swanky enough for a smart night out, Brady's is pitched just right for Wandsworth locals who relish slabs of haddock in light, crispy batter, served with crunchy fat chips in a cosy bistro setting.
