Ozer Description:
Entry is through bronze grills and a studded heavy timber door. The walls of ruby-polished plaster curve sensuously past a bar of louche, yet uncomfortable, pouffes to a limestone dining area with copper tube-and-glass lantern lighting; it is said to be inspired by something similar in Istanbul's Blue Mosque. The menu is a real mix, with fish and meat, grills, stews and mezes. The decent wine list even offers one Turkish choice. Set meze lunch noon-6pm £8.95, set dinner £12.95.
