Couches, plush chairs and traditional seating are among choices to accommodate every guest's comfort in this friendly eatery overlooking Wynn's beautiful pool area. Outdoor dining at the pool is a popular mild-climate option. Appealing breakfast starters include seasonal berries with Kendall Farms crème fraîche. Among imaginative preparations of traditional breakfast favorites are chocolate banana french toast---a chocolate brioche with banana custard and raspberries---and Maine lobster Benedict with a potato waffle, asparagus, bacon and poached eggs. Grilled chicken Cobb salad with hearts of romaine, double-smoked hickory bacon, tomato, egg, blue cheese, avocado and sherry dressing is popular, as is seared yellowfin sashimi-style with soy dipping sauce. The Wynn burger is created with half a pound of grilled Angus beef, and a choice of cheese, lettuce and vine-ripened tomato on a sesame bun served with fries. Teriyaki-glazed Scottish salmon comes with sesame green beans and grilled pineapple relish; char-grilled beef tenderloin with a Cabernet reduction is accompanied by roasted potatoes.
