Chef Brian Howard created a menu with dishes such as compressed watermelon and yellowfin tuna bites with yuzu and ginger essence, and potato-filled pierogies topped with American caviar and chive crème fraîche. The interior, inspired by Salvador Dali's paintings, features a tree that climbs the walls and ceiling. Celebrity chef Kerry Simon serves as a food and beverage consultant.
