You'll find baked bay scallops with wilted spinach and a muscato zabaglione sauce, sirloin carpaccio with white truffle rémoulade, and phyllo-wrapped seared ahi loin to start. Wild mushroom and ricotta cannelloni comes in a light, creamy truffle sauce. Kona lobster is served whole, with risotto, zucchini and Parmigiano.
