We also suggest the airy Yukon potato gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle Pecorino. Skip the warm goat cheese dip served with a charmless tomato sauce. For entrées, whipped sweet potatoes and sage brown butter complement Idaho trout, and the juicy burger is adorned with caramelized onions.
