Gian Don's Italian Bistro Description:
The contemporary Italian menu incorporates gourmet touches, and the service within the bright and cheery dining room is slightly more formal than at the restaurant's Kahului counterpart. Portions are generous, and everything is made fresh, from the sauces and dressings to the pastas. We recommend the steamed clams and vodka rigatoni, but Don Gion's also features filet mignon and local fresh fish like opakapaka and mahi mahi, baked with garlic and butter and served over angel hair pasta. Breakfast features chocolate-cinnamon french toast, apple-cinnamon or old-fashioned buttermilk pancakes and various omelets while at lunch you'll find a vast selection of salads and subs, served hot or cold.
