Chef Cameron Lewark employs local produce, fish and meats, crafting a creative menu of contemporary California cuisine with an emphasis on Pacific Rim flavors. The menu changes daily depending on the freshest seasonal items, but expect seafood dishes with flair. The miso-sesame ahi cones are a must.
