Owners Scott and Anne Mason present a genuine Idaho dining experience at Ketchum Grill, reinvented over time to maintain freshness and verve. The main dining room, brightly lit with warm notes, open seating and artful décor, is a well-crafted companion to the Grill's thoughtful regional-seasonal menu. During winter months, diners gaze through frosty windows, while in spring and summer, outside seating is available on the spacious deck. Indulge in entrées of tender grass-fed Lava Lake lamb meatballs dressed in a savory garlic and Marsala sauce, or the peppery grilled breast of duck with mountain huckleberries and port. Pasta is given an Idaho twist in linguine with quail, mustard, herbs and dried tomatoes. Desserts range from comfort food favorites such as butterscotch pudding with rum marinated berries and a rustic apple tart with cinnamon ice cream and caramel sauce, to seasonal house-made ice creams and sorbets.
