Globus Description:
Globus sits at the corner of Sixth Street and Warm Springs Road, housed in what looks like, from the outside, possibly a high-country speak easy. Inside, the space is open and elegant with muted earth tones and simple lines. One of Sun Valley's most interesting restaurants, it is known for fusing the cuisine of the Pacific Rim and beyond with Asian culinary traditions. Try the starter of clay pot Manila clams in a red curry-coconut broth with avocado, cucumber, daikon radish and Thai basil, served with grilled bread. Main fare options include zesty kaffir lime short ribs, spicy grilled tofu steak napoleon, sizzling Szechuan flat iron steak, and rich rama shrimp sautéed with garlic, then simmered in a peanut sauce with baby spinach and Chinese egg noodles.
