Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Description:
This well-known doughnut establishment finally made its way to paradise, and you can't miss it when you're driving to or from the Kahului airport. Keep an eye out for the lit neon sign signaling hot original glazed doughnuts straight out of the fryer (the kiddies will also enjoy watching them being made). These treats go nicely with the surprisingly decent coffee. Other flavors and fillings are also available, from crème- and custard-filled concoctions to old-fashioned cake doughnuts, along with fritters and doughnut holes. There is even a flavor available only in Hawaii---the cinnamon malasada. Free wi-fi is available should you choose to park with your laptop and stay awhile.
