Down to Earth in Kahului is one of the biggest health food stores in the state of Hawaii. It also boasts a full-service deli, bakery and juice bar, featuring 50 seats in the loft with views of Haleakala. You can also sit outside at one of the few tables on the cozy lanai. Prepared foods include a steam table full of hot entrées, a salad bar and two soup tureens. Tired of the same old veggie sandwich?
