Blue Stone Bar & Grill Description:
The Blue Stone Bar and Grill is the project of Doug Gruen, chef/owner and his wife Nancy, proprietor. The Blue Stone opened its doors in August of 2005, deriving the name from the actual bar inside, which boasts a blue stone surface. Visitors enjoy entrees, an array of martinis and mixed drinks, and live music. Located on 110 Aurora Street in Ithaca, NY bordering the Ithaca Commons. The restaurant is illuminated at night by the bright neon sign.
The restaurant is open Monday through Wednesday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm, Thursday through Saturday from 5:00pm until 10:00pm.
The bar opens every day Monday to Saturday at 4:00pm and remains open until 10:00pm Monday to Wednesday, until 11:00pm on Thursday, and until 1:00am Fridays and Saturdays.
