Ristorante Al Castello Description:
The restaurant is inside Pietra Ligure's Castle, a fortress dating back to the 12th century.
The rooms, preserving their ancient architecture, still have the floor in the original italian cotto and the vaults still show the ancient red bricks, intervowen following a peculiar geometry.
The restaurant offers the traditional ligurian cuisine as homemade ravioli and tagliolini, zemino, buridda, farinata, as well as fish and seafood based cuisine, with oysters and clamps. Also available a wonderful pizza, cooked in the traditional oven.
