The agriturismo (farmstay) Bon Tajer is a regional slow-food restaurant/farm located in the mountains about 20 Km south-west of Belluno. It serves abundant mountain food at a low price; polenta, traditional cheeses, soups, and meat products such as speck, salame and cotechino, together with local wine. Most of the ingredients are produced on the farm.
