Originally a Franciscan convent built in 1587, this magnificent hotel overlooks the heart of the Chianti wine region and is only a few kilometres away from the medieval city of San Gimignano. The guest rooms are located in the former cloister. You will dine under the Roman vaulting of the ancient chapel richly decorated in the sumptuous red and gold so reminiscent of the Siennese Renaissance.
