Locanda l'Elisa Description:
Between Lucca and Pisa, this mauve and white villa was designed by a Napoleonic civil servant of Princess Elisa Baciocchi, the Emperor’s sister. Loyal to the spirit of the XIXth century, this setting is imbued with gentle living: light wainscoting, white marble fireplace and luxurious ochre damask fabrics. Dinner is served on a Victorian-style veranda, shaped like a rotunda, which opens onto a lavish garden.
