Vittoria Description:
Set on the main street of Tigliole, a short distance from the central village square, the Vittoria has been run by the Strocco family since 1928. They serve traditional Piedmontese cuisine using exclusively local ingredients, all presented with striking originality. The well-separated tables give the restaurant a spacious feel. Specialities of the house include old country-style tripe, duck breast with caremelised figs, and soft coffee mousse with baked cream.
