The restaurant Re Carl ('King Charles') is situated in the 18th century Palazzo Ferreri, an historic 18th century villa with original frescoes, Venetian mosaic floors and a beautiful English-style garden. The village of Pralormo is located at the gateway to Piedmont's Roero region, about 30 km from Turin and 25 km from Alba.
The relatively simple but refined cuisine is based on seasonal products from Piedmont, accompanied by the finest local wines.
