Although it calls itself a restaurant, the locals know it as the Pizza Metro. Instead of the usual round pizzas, they are prepared here in 25 cm wide strips - of whatever length you want. 25 cm - i.e a square, quadrato in Italian - is enough for most: only the bravest manage 50 cm.
