Agriturismo San Bovo Description:
The restaurant of the farmstay (agriturismo) San Bovo serves the cuisine typical of Piedmont's Langhe region. The dishes on offer vary with the seasons, and include a lot of home-produced ingredients: particularly notable are the ravioli al plin, tajarin and guinea-fowl with Moscato.
The moderately-priced tasting menu (menu degustazione) includes 3 hors d'oeuvre, 2 starters, 2 main courses, 3 desserts, wine and coffee. The home-produced wines are Dolcetto d'Alba and Moscato d'Asti.
