The restaurant La Quaglia Vini e Merende (literally, La Qualia 'wines and snacks') serves an informal evening meal in the setting of an old family-run grappa distillery. The menu changes every day according to the season, and includes typical Piedmont appetizers such as anchovies al verde and tomini (made with local goat's cheese), a selection of artisan salumi, and both pasta and pastries that are fresh and home-made. All accompanied, of course, by fine Piedmont wines.
