Osteria Dell'Aquila Description:
Located between Asti and Alessandria, the Osteria Dell'Aquila was founded in October 2000 by Antonio Varenni and Marina Aresca. The cuisine is based on traditional Piedmont dishes, to which Marina has added some of her own creations: also on offer are a wide range of cheeses from Italy, France and Spain. The wine list is extensive, with a large range of wines from all parts of Italy. A simple, inexpensive lunch menu is available.
The fritto misto, bagna caoda and finanziera must be ordered in advance.
