This restaurant, located in the 9th century cellars below the regional Enoteca (wine center) of Canelli, has an intimate and evocative atmosphere. The menu offers typical local dishes with specialties that change weekly, and indicates the origins of the raw materials used. The wine list features Barbera d'Asti, Moscato (including Moscato passito), Dolcetto d'Asti and Brachetto d'Acqui wines in particular.
The restaurant is easy to find - it's right in front of Canelli railway station, nearly opposite the main entrance to the Gancia winery.
