Begin with the bruschetta trio on house-made artisan bread with toppings like cannellini beans and prosciutto and a mushroom mélange. The beet salad with asparagus tips, Gorgonzola and seasoned walnuts is quickly becoming a signature dish, and makes a satisfying meal when teamed with a flatbread.
