There are 2 free parking ramps within one block of the facility.

Driving direction to David S Palmer Civic Center:
From the north, take Route 1 south to Vermilion, go right onto Main, then left onto Walnut.

From the south, take Route 1 north, turn right onto Main, and follow for 3 blocks.

From the east, go west on I-74 to Bowman. From Bowman, go east onto South Street and follow for 5 blocks.

From the west, go east on I-74 to Main. Exit and head east for 4 1/2 miles.
