The Tasting Room Wine Cafés scored big with Max's Wine Dive so The Reserve Room was added to The Tasting Room in Uptown Park. Here you'll find a seasonally inspired dinner menu, served in the private back room amid antique furniture and original artwork. The menu can be as eclectic as the surroundings. The kitchen selects from local produce and meats, like Diamond H Ranch's quail, to create memorable meals. A dinner here may feature a first course of local honeycomb crusted with pepper and a slice of Kobe beef in a prickly pear marinade. Expect lots of local Texas cheeses and artisanal desserts. There are more than 200 wines to choose from, from spicy Australian Syrahs to a decadent 2005 Château Mouton Rothschild Pauillac.
