Neptune's Garden Description:
The 280,000-gallon indoor salt-water aquarium is still the centerpiece of the experience at Neptune's Garden. Located across the street from Waikiki Beach in the Pacific Beach Hotel, the restaurant offers an ambitious menu with dishes ranging from Spanish tapas and steak to classic French foie gras and Maryland crab cakes. Not surprisingly, we recommend the seafood, especially the island fresh fish. Among preparation choices are simple lemon and butter plus more complex flavor combinations. The wine list is respectable and many selections are offered by the glass. Ask for a table nearest the aquarium and let the fantasy begin.
