Makai Market Description:
This bustling food court in Hawaii's largest shopping center has 21 different establishments. There are familiar names from food courts around the country, but there is a particular Hawaii-Asian twist here. It may be the only food court in the country where you can get tripe stew (a Hawaiian delicacy), kalbi, beef broccoli, a scoop of Häagen-Dazs and a custard-filled malasada (a Portuguese donut) all in the same place.
