French-trained chef Laurent Tourondel conceived this steakhouse featuring top-quality USDA Prime, certified Black Angus, and American and Japanese Kobe beef. Appetizers are straightforward and include shrimp cocktail, crab and even a complete seafood platter. Chicken, lamb and fish main courses are also available. BLT Steak boasts an extensive wine list.
