Sushi Lounge Description:
Originally, this restaurant was patterned after the swanky-yet-funky sushi bars and nightclubs of California, but thanks to the boisterous, we-live-to-party attitude of East Coasters, it may have outstripped some of the West Coast hot-spots as far as the social scene goes. Approximately 15 different martinis are served and that's just one section on the cocktail menu. And let's not forget the food: if you are an experimental sushi eater, you'll be able to spend hours grazing from the extensive hand roll menu. For a sure bet, try the Fantasy Roll. Or, if you're undecided, squeeze into a spot at the bar and hope that one of the chefs hands over a small sample bite---it's been known to happen. Desserts include a standout ginger-infused crème brûlée.
