Dysart's Restaurant is part of Dysart's Truckstop, located just off Exit 180 from I95 on the Coldbrook Road in Hermon. Open 24 hours each day and closed only for portions of the Christmas holiday, Dysart's is known for good home-style cooking including burgers, steaks, seafoods, baked beans, homemade bread, delicious desserts and breakfast 24 hours a day. Note: While reservations are not accepted, a "heads-up" is appreciated for larger groups (12 or more.) Seating will be accommodated on a first come first served basis.
