The Orchid Court offers breakfast from a menu, or you can load up at the bountiful buffet. Try the macadamia nut pancakes, or head for the omelet station where a chef makes eggs exactly how you like them, with all the fillings and toppings. Also available are grilled fresh island fish, lox and capers with cream cheese, waffles and pastries.
